Responsibilities:

• Provide secretarial support to the Project Team 
• Preparation of tender and quotation, review of drawings and quantity takeoff
• Provide office administration and clerical duties to the Company
• Maintain the filing system and coordinate all related actions
• To assist in any ad hoc task as assigned by HR & Admin Manager

Requirements:

• Form 5 /DSE Graduate or above
• Minimum 4 years working experience in Construction field is preferable
• Strong knowledge in costing, cost control, contractual and drafting skills will be an advantage
• Well organized, mature and self- motivated
• Excellent analytical, communication and negotiation skills
• Well versed with PC applications such as MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, proficiency in Excel Function (i.e. v-lookup, pivot table) is an advantage
• Good command of spoken & written in English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for the post of Project Assistant
