Job Description
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the team, including attendance record, leave management, benefits administrations, medical, insurance and other related documentations
Assist in company event planning & organizing
Analyze market research and prepare survey reports for the new development projects
Prepare meeting minutes, memos and comprehensive reports to the managers and the team
Liaise with different internal business units and external service providers
Monitor and follow-up the progress of different projects
Keep abreast of the economic situation, market trend and latest policy changes in the industry
Assist in ad hoc corporate projects as assigned

Requirements:
Degree or above in Administration Management or relevant discipline
At least 3-5 years' of relevant working experience
Proficiency in English and Cantonese, Mandarin also required
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Strong numerical, analytical sense, responsible, analytical thinking, detail-minded and able to meet tight deadlines
Detail minded, able to work independently and under pressure
Responsible, hardworking, mature, able to multi-task
Good communication and inter-personal skills
Immediate available is an advantage
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer
