Key Responsibilities:

• Perform market and financial analysis for hotel projects
• Evaluate each project’s feasibility via market research and other approaches
• Liaise with other internal departments to carry out project studies
• Assist management teams for all other project study
• Carry out other office administration and clerical duty

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines 
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience in market and financial analysis
• Analytical mindset and figure mind
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Positive working attitude
• Good command of English and Mandarin
