Job Descriptions:

• Provide daily IT helpdesk and end user support
• Provide support in Windows, mobile device and hardware/software maintenance
• Provide data management and reports generation for management review
• Assist in managing hardware and software inventory items

Job Requirements:

• 1-2 years experience in IT support
• Experience in supporting Windows and MS Office (e.g. MS Word, MS Excel, etc.)
• Experience in supporting email or mobile (iPhone, Android phone) is highly advantage
