Our client “Getz Healthcare (Hong Kong) Limited” is seeking a Service Manager (Dental) to join their company! 

What you’ll be doing? 

• Manage service team and monitor daily operation and ensure all workflow execution are up to standard and inline with departmental strategies and objectives;
• Provide high quality installation services, corrective maintenance, and preventive maintenance services for dental equipment / devices;
• Keep closely relationship with clients and provide technical support to clients;
• Work closely with the sales team to provide pre-sales demonstrations to customers;
• Conduct after-sales service for products operation briefings and demonstrations to customers;
• Field work is required;
• Basic computer knowledge, IP address, firewall & anti-virus setting;

Who are they looking for? 

• Diploma or above in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering;
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in technical support;
• Strong leadership skill with ability to develop and lead a team;
• Passionate in driving continuous improvement and taking up new challenges
• Good E&M hands-on installation skill is required;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Interested to pursue long-term career in the medical industry;
• Holder of Electrical Hong Kong Registered Electrical Worker (REW) A is a definite advantage;
