Huawei is establishing the Hong Kong Research Center with focus on CPU, Basic Software, AI related research and development, from algorithm, software to chip set development. We are looking for high caliber Engineers and Researchers at all levels to join our new team.

Responsibility

Utilize Al technologies to build next-generation Al-native database self-monitoring, self-diagnosis, self-optimization, self-security, and self-assembly capabilities, build a data foundation in the intelligent domain, promote knowledge injection and update of Al foundation models, and de­ couple reasoning from common sense. Involved technologies are as follows: query optimization, storage management, distributed execution engines, heterogeneous hardware acceleration, machine learning algorithms, data and system security, frontend and back­ end development, microservice-based load balancing and scheduling, and serverless technology.

Requirements

Understand Al, machinelearning, and deeplearning algorithms, and have experience in important projects in these fields.

Have experience in Al system or database kernel R&D, and participate in large-scaleengineering project R&D.
