Job Description
Officer – Talent Management
Responsibilities:
- Execute various campus recruitment activities to align with young talent sourcing strategies
- Design and develop effective communications, marketing and social media materials to facilitate young talent acquisition
- Maintain effective communication and good relationship with universities, professional organizations, candidates and internal parties
- Administer the assessment process and interview arrangement
- Develop and update database to prepare various kinds of reports
- Provide all-rounded administrative support, including budget administration, payment, logistics arrangement, etc.
- Perform any other HR and ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree holder with major in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or other related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years' relevant experiences in mass recruitment, campus marketing or event management
- Experience in campus recruitment in sizable organizations is preferred
- Strong command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with different parties
- Knowledge in graphic design software is an advantage
- Willingness to travel to Mainland China
