Assistant Manager – Payment Collection Team

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • To provide support to Accounts receivable (including invoice issue, system usage, payment application and final account settlement)
  • To follow up with debtors for past due invoices
  • To assist in administration work, including insurance claim and prepare management report)
  • To provide support on ad-hoc assignment when required

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business Management or related disciplines
  • 3-5 year(s) relevant work experience (knowledge in elevator industry is an advantage)
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Knowledge of SAP  
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese    
  • Independent, self-motivated, strong numerical sensitivity and good negotiation skills with client
