Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To provide support to Accounts receivable (including invoice issue, system usage, payment application and final account settlement)
- To follow up with debtors for past due invoices
- To assist in administration work, including insurance claim and prepare management report)
- To provide support on ad-hoc assignment when required
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business Management or related disciplines
- 3-5 year(s) relevant work experience (knowledge in elevator industry is an advantage)
- Proficiency in MS Office, Knowledge of SAP
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Independent, self-motivated, strong numerical sensitivity and good negotiation skills with client
