Ideal Candidate

We seek highly conscientious, professional individuals who excel at building rapport with high-value clients. Discipline, hard work, and self-motivation are key. You should possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with people. While a university degree is not required, fluency in Cantonese and basic English skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Achieve sales targets through prospecting, client interaction, pitching, and managing new and renewal business (60%).
  2. Capture all client interactions in the company CRM (15%).
  3. Manage client requests, forwarding them to the customer service team as needed (15%).
  4. Develop inbound sales lead generation tactics and identify areas for improvement (5%).
  5. Collaborate with the COO and tech teams to develop the right tools for the sales team and clients (5%).
