Responsibilities:

• Handle user emails and online IT requests, including mainstream operating systems (e.g., Windows), office software (e.g., Office, Zoom, etc.), and office facilities (e.g., printer, audio/video).
• Perform installation, configuration, maintenance, and upgrades of Windows operating systems.
• Responsible for network configuration and security policies for Windows systems, design and implement network security measures, and analyze and patch system vulnerabilities.
• Troubleshoot Windows system issues, including hardware failures, software problems, and network issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher, with at least 3 years of Deskside Support, Windows System Administrator or related work experience.
• Windows administrator certification is preferred.
• Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, SCCM deployment, and operations; familiarity with IIS, SQL; knowledge of storage technologies such as NFS, RAID, SAN, and NAS.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies and ability to manage and maintain virtualized environments using software like VMware, Hyper-V, etc.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language such as Python, PowerShell, etc., and ability to develop script tools for daily system maintenance tasks.
• Good communication and coordination skills in both Chinese and English, able to effectively communicate and collaborate with other departments.
• Understanding of basic networking technologies and concepts such as DNS, DHCP, TCP/UDP, SMTP, and SSL/TLS.
• Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills, continuously striving to improve and optimize the performance and security of Windows systems.
