Our client, a well-know bank is seeking a Personal Banking Manager/ Assistant Relationship Manager to join their team in Hong Kong!

What you’ll be doing?

• Manage relationships with Prestige clients.
• Acquire, develop and retain relationships with a portfolio of Prestige clients
• Make outbound calls and cross-sell banking products as well as relationship building.
• Increase client loyalty by meeting their needs either directly or through effective and proactive collaboration with other internal business partners.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Relationship managers or senior positions.
• Low sales target.

Who are they looking for?

• Education background in finance, business or a related discipline.
• 2-3 years of experience in sales or call center.
• Passes in IIQE (Paper 1, 2, 3) & Passes in HKSI (Paper 1,7,8) is a must.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese.
