Responsibilities:

• Report to Customer Service Manager
• Handle customer inquiries, complains and support after sales services in a professional manner
• Make suggestions on improving customer ‘s satisfaction
• Handle sales data entry and administrative work
• Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• F.5 or above
• 1-2 year experience in Customer Services
• Positive altitude
• Good communication and complaint handling skill with good command in spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin.
• A good team player with responsibility and work independently
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word & Excel), English and Chinese Word Processing
