Job Description:

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and peripheral equipment
• Provide technical support and resolve issues with company computers, networks, and other IT systems
• Perform system and hardware updates, upgrades, and regular maintenance checks
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update IT documentation
• Assist with other IT-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor
• Conduct work at the company's data center facility as needed

Job Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking technologies
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently
• Experience with server administration, network troubleshooting, and IT system maintenance
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to work on-site at the company's data center facility when required
• Commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies
