Responsibilities

• Monitor analysis of market, trends, product popularity, customer needs, and relevant information of products under responsibilities to prepare for product management planning.
• Deliver insights on range reviews, promotional optimization, price optimization, customer development plan, shopper segmentation, store segmentation and advanced analysis for supplier collaboration program.
• Planning, researching and selecting products for stores, and ensuring that the products variety attract customers to drive profits.
• Participate in product selection meetings and trade shows to source new merchandise and evaluate potential vendors.
• Tracking sale performance daily, weekly or monthly to achieve sale target.
• Monitoring stock to meet with customer needs and relevant to market trends.
• Manage relationship with supplier to ensure products quality, and ensuring that the products deliver on time.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory turnover, minimize markdowns, and maximize profitability
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop product presentations, advertising campaigns, and promotional materials.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration or related discipline
• 2 - 3 years solid experience of buying and category management of FMCG products
• Experienced in retail POS system.
• Well-organized, detail-minded and self-motivated working attitude
• Strong negotiation skills, analytical and numeric ability 
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese 
• PC Knowledge in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint and Chinese Processing
• Less experience will consider as Buyer
• Immediately available is preferable
