Responsibilities:

• Understand menu concepts, recipes and unit operation, consolidate information from different departments for accurate pricing
• Prepare quotation to meet the customer’s requirement by cost and price customer menus and catering services
• Involve in Meal Presentations pricing and assist customer to select menu within their budget
• Maintain Pricing information in Computer System for accurate billing
• Analyze financial figures and prepare P&L for customers’ account on a regular basis
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as required and assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree holder in Hospitality, Finance, Statistics or Business related discipline
• 1 year relevant working experience, preferably in catering, hotel or airline industry
• Computer literate with excellent proficiency in MS Office Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and prioritization skills with the ability to work under pressure
• Candidates with less experience may also be considered for the position of Assistant Costing and Pricing Officer
