Our client is a HK Listed F&B Group who has diverse business in F&B industry, including restaurants, wholesales, and retailers. With over 25 years of experience, and offices around the world, they are now seeking for a Finance Manager to join their team for future expansion in the APAC region.

Description

• Assist in group interim and annual financial statements and schedules to ensure compliance with accounting standards and laws & regulations of the listed company
• Responsible for group consolidation and financial reporting
• Oversee the financial operation and performance of individual business unit
• Prepare monthly management accounts of individual subsidiary and statutory audited report
• Handle ad hoc duties and tasks as assigned

Profile

• Degree holder in accounting or related disciplines with a professional accounting qualification
• At least 5 years of commercial financial experience
• Detail-minded, self-initiated, able to work independently under pressure and tight deadlines
