Job Description
Our client is a leading facility management service provider seeking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development/ Account Manager to join their Hong Kong team. The successful candidate is expected to create, maintain and maximize business opportunities.
Sales Hunter - hands on experience in Business Development and Sales and strong corporate client connections
Responsibilities:
- End-to-end sales work: from proposal to deal closing
- Support company's internal and external events and initiatives in market research
- Review and analysis of the market to drive new business opportunities
- Take lead in daily sales work within the Hong Kong local market
- Attend conferences and travel for sales meetings and events, such as the industry functions to develop broad market awareness and develop connections in the market through networking at events.
- Identify new sales opportunities and convert these into loyal customers
- Ensure that all activities align with the company's quality philosophy and strategy, always striving to exceed customer expectations
- Manage a diverse portfolio of accounts
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline
- Excellent command in written and spoken Cantonese and English
- Excellent negotiation/communication skills
- Solid connections within the industry and proven track record
- 10+ years B2B experience in Business Development, Sales & Marketing
- Experience in Facilities Management, Real Estate Management, and Property Management is an advantage
