Job Duties:

• Provide Front line Customer Services 
• Crowd Control
• Answer Enquiry
• Assist Event Operation
• 5-working day
• Work on Sat, Sun and Public Holidays is required
• Working Time: 09:00 ~18:00 / 10:00~19:00 / 12:00~21:00

Requirements:

• Have at least 1 years working Customer Services experience in customer-facing or event supports in art and culture venue or tourism/ hospitality industry
  
• Completed HKDSE or above
• Obtained the First-aid or AED certificate is an advantage
