Job Description

Responsibility
  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions recruitment & selection, payroll, compensation & benefits, MPF, insurance and benefit administration, performance appraisal, etc.
  • Manage end to end recruitment cycle, from updating job advertisement, screening CVs, interviewing candidates, job offering, on-boarding, orientation as well as other recruitment logistics.
  • Responsible for maintenance of employee database and ensure all personal records are up-to-date and accurate.

Job requirements

  • Certificate in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in human resources management, preferably from sizeable company.
  • Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance.
  • Detail-minded, self-motivated, well-organised, with strong sense of responsibility, and “can-do” attitude.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and time management.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
