Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate and feedback the issues to telemarketing & customer service based on call monitoring exercise with strong general insurance knowledge
• Responsible for quality assurance and improvement issues for call center
• Provide product training &/ or quality assurance orientation training to both internal partners and external stakeholders
• Monitor and evaluate customer services and telemarketing call activities are compliance to pre-defined quality
• Compile statistical reports and highlight areas for improvement
• Manage day-to-day customer’s email and correspondence activities
• Support other ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor(s)

 Requirements:

• Associate Degree/Diploma in any discipline
• Experience in in quality assurance to perform call monitoring is an advantage 
• At least 2 years’ of experience in Customer Service or Telemarketing in general insurance industry
• IIQE Paper 1 and 2 are preferred
• Mature, independent, self-motivated with strong interpersonal and written communication skill
• Proactive, assertive, result driven individual and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in written and spoken English & Cantonese
• PC literate in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Access
