IT Support/ Infrastructure Specialist

Your new role

• Troubleshooting hardware and software problems, and providing timely and effective solutions for users.
• Provide network support by monitoring network performance, configuring network devices, and ensuring network security and stability.
• Perform telephone system, desktop, laptop, server and network device installation, maintenance, and support via remote or on-site.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to provide IT operation support, including the ERP system.
• Carry out upgrades and modifications in accordance to business needs
• Provide solutions to enhance operations
• Assist with the ongoing project and perform other ad-hoc tasks when required

• Diploma in Information Technology or related discipline
• Good understanding of Windows operating systems, applications, and network basics.
• Good knowledge of Windows server, Veeam backup, VMWare and ERP
• Strong problem-solving/analytical skills
• Good at English (verbal and written)
