Job Summary:
As a Junior Graphic Designer in TTI, you will typically develop skills in creating and maintaining branding identity standards and contributing to the brand development for leading global brands. Specifically, you will co-ordinate branding standards across multiple brands and product platforms for print and online media. You will be responsible to liaise with local and overseas marketing, product and creating services groups to understand and translate product innovations into a visual branding language. You will create visually impactful material for Corporate and brand ID’s which include signage, product displays, marketing material, website, and advertising for multiple corporate initiatives. Under the leadership of the Director, Corporate Brand, your key responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the development and enforcement of brand standards and style guidelines across multiple product and brands.
- Work from brief to artwork, execute compelling marketing deliverables.
- Research market trends in the competitive environment.
- Handle multiple projects and work under a tight schedule.
- Print knowledge and managing print suppliers to set and maintain high quality standards.
- Assist with bringing concepts to full visualization.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Graphic Design or related disciplines.
- Graphic design background in marketing / corporate communications area.
- 2-3 years in design and identity including print.
- Good understanding of trends in design and branding as well as a keen interest to learn about related products and industry.
- Supervise assignments with an internal creative services team to ensure the quality of works.
- Experience in event design and signage.
- Good communication skills and sound visual organization.
- Ability to pay attention to detail, and to work under pressure and tight time constraints.
- Good command of written and spoken Mandarin, English is an advantage.
Technical Knowledge:
- Photoshop, Acrobat, Indesign, Illustrator, Powerpoint, XD
- Word, Excel
- Cinema 4D, After Effects, Premier Pro are preferrable but not a must
