Responsibilities : 

1. Assist the Team Head, General Audit to conduct regular and ad-hoc audits, reviews and investigations, and deliver audit work as per the standards of the Audit Manual
2. Evaluate internal controls of auditable units, prepare regular or specific risk assessments, audit plans, audit reports and presentations to the Audit Committee
3. Track and validate the completion of management remedial actions taken in mitigating the risks raised in audit findings
4. Keep abreast of regulatory updates and risk exposures for continuous risk assessment, assist to review and recommend changes in audit programs according to internal requirements
5. Provide advisory service on risk and internal control issues to business and functional units as directed
6. Perform any ad-hoc assignments when necessary

Requirements :

1. Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Risk Management or related disciplines
2. Relevant professional qualifications such as CPA, CIA, ACAMS/AAMLP, FRM, CFA will be an advantage
3. Minimum 8 years' experience in internal/external audit or risk management, preferably with some supervisory experience in the Special Steel, Property Energy, Health, Consumers Goods and Telecom industries
4. In-depth knowledge of accounting, audit or regulatory requirements in the various industries
5. Experiences in treasury and financial management will be an advantage
6. Good analytical and communication skills
7. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
8. Able to travel frequently
