Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customers’ enquiries, feedback and complaints from different sources like phone, WhatsApp and email in a professional and timely manner
  • Handle customer enquiries and proactively follow up with related parties
  • Manage Request for Quotation of Birthday Party and school visit
  • Maintain high standard and effectiveness of customer service, record keeping and reporting
  • Manage the booking process for events, including taking bookings, coordinating with customers, and ensuring that all necessary information is captured
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma holder or above
  • Experience in customer service or related sector preferred
  • Strong communication or negotiation skill
  • Proficient in MS Office (including Word, Excel)
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Five days’ work and need to work on Saturday or Sunday each week
