Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle all calls and emails for clients in professional manner and follow up the cases according to the procedures set
- Assist to handle complaints
- Maintain customer log in relative systems
- Assist to provide the highest level of customer care service to achieve Company requirements & business target
- Support ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
- Associate Degree holder or above in any disciplines
- Good customer service skill is preferred
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Fresh graduates are also welcome
