Qualifications & experience

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Business Management, or related fields
• At least 1 years of project management experience in the advertising or marketing industry
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to interact effectively with personnel at different levels
• Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit
• Good time management and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, etc.)
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese

Tasks & responsibilities

• Oversee the overall planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of projects
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide professional advice
• Coordinate internal teams (including creative, design, media departments) to ensure smooth project progress
• Manage project budgets, ensuring projects are completed within budget
• Monitor project progress and promptly resolve any issues
