Responsibilities 

• Handle customer inquiries and provide comprehensive product information
• Liaise with brand partners to address their development requests and offer relevant advice
• Coordinate with various corporate branches and departments to resolve critical issues efficiently
• Arrange and host brand partner visits to foster strong business relationships
• Manage price coordination and supply chain logistics across different regions
• Conduct market research, surveys, seminars, and analysis to gain insights
• Collaborate with the Global Marketing Group to develop and implement effective marketing strategies
• Monitor brand partners' sales performance to ensure the achievement of global sales targets
• Promote new and strategic products to brand partners
• Undertake occasional business trips to China and other overseas locations
• Assist the Marketing Manager with various programs and initiatives
• Support the team with other ad-hoc duties as assigned

 Requirements 

• Degree or higher qualification, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
• Fluency in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Proficient in using PC applications, including MS Word, Excel (advanced skills in VLOOKUP, pivot tables), PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing
• Customer-oriented mindset, strong teamwork spirit, and an outgoing personality
• Academic or professional background in the garment industry or account servicing
• Experience in the fashion, textile, or business field
• Customer-focused approach, collaborative teamwork skills, and an extroverted disposition
• Candidates with varying levels of experience may be considered for the roles of Associate or Senior Marketing Executive
