Our client “Optimum Solutions (Hong Kong) Limited” is seeking an Analyst Programmer, Systems Analyst to join their company!  

What you’ll be doing? 

• The position requires talent with strong analytical and technical skills to take a leadership role in guiding and coaching a team to accomplish assignments on time and deliver IT management services with high quality. 
• Take lead to work with business users, IT vendors and contractors to provide requirement study, solution design, system design, coding, testing and implementation 
• Work with IT vendors and contractors at different levels to prioritize tasks 
• Assist Systems Manager to perform project planning and budgeting

Who are they looking for? 

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline 
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience 
• Experience and knowledge in managing Document/knowledge management platform: SharePoint Online, Office365
• Experience and knowledge in managing low Code Development platform e.g. Microsoft Power Apps, Microsoft Power Automate
• Experience and knowledge in managing Microsoft SharePoint and Power BI, Microsoft .NET
• Experience and knowledge in managing Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle Database, Web and mobile applications 
• Experience and knowledge in managing software requirement management and vendor delivery management 
• Experience and knowledge in managing software development cycle 
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese is required. Ability to communicate in Putonghua will be an advantage
• Vendor management skills
