Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the annual compensation and benefits exercises for the Head Office (Hong Kong and Shanghai Offices), including budgeting, market surveys, salary benchmarking, annual review, and administration.
  2. Handle review of HR policies and compensation and benefits initiatives of business units, liaise with relevant stakeholders and provide professional advices to ensure market competitiveness, compliance and alignment.
  3. Keep abreast of latest market best practices, analyze and propose solutions in HR management & reward aspects in support of the Company’s strategic and sustainable development.
  4. Handle Group projects and ad-hoc initiatives as required; compile, consolidate, and update various regular HR reports and management analysis at the Group level in a high-quality and timely manner.
  5. Manage the periodic market analysis in staff salary and benefits surveys. 
  6. Prepare analysis and provide insights and proposals for management considerations.
  7. Participate in various HR projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  2. At least 8 years of relevant experience gained from a sizeable company, with a minimum of 3 years at a supervisory level.
  3. Well-versed in Hong Kong's Labour Ordinance and MPF regulations. 
  4. Understanding of Mainland labour ordinance and practices is a definite advantage. 
  5. Sensitive to figures and attentive to details.  High proficiency in Excel and other data analytical tools. 
  6. Strong conceptual, analytical, communication, and influencing abilities.  
  7. Able to work independently on problem solving.  
  8. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
