Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide professional training, support, and prepare related materials to corporate clients and internal staff, both on-site and remote.
  • Prepare data collection and analysis on quality issues.
  • Assist to establish and maintain standard operating procedures and flow.
  • Manage and assist in the training schedule and Mystery Shopper Program.
  • Assist to maintain and manage long-term client relationships and support the daily operations and business results of key accounts.
  • Handle customer feedback and inquiries.
  • Support business development team and operation team when necessary.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties when required.

 

Requirements 

  • Degree holder in a related discipline (fresh graduates are also welcome).
  • Good command of English and Cantonese.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Positive attitude and strong desire to deliver exceptional results with great attention to accuracy and detail.
  • Experience in performing Quality Assurance, Training, or customer relationship experiences will be an advantage.
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred.
