Job Description
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide professional training, support, and prepare related materials to corporate clients and internal staff, both on-site and remote.
- Prepare data collection and analysis on quality issues.
- Assist to establish and maintain standard operating procedures and flow.
- Manage and assist in the training schedule and Mystery Shopper Program.
- Assist to maintain and manage long-term client relationships and support the daily operations and business results of key accounts.
- Handle customer feedback and inquiries.
- Support business development team and operation team when necessary.
- Perform other ad hoc duties when required.
Requirements
- Degree holder in a related discipline (fresh graduates are also welcome).
- Good command of English and Cantonese.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Positive attitude and strong desire to deliver exceptional results with great attention to accuracy and detail.
- Experience in performing Quality Assurance, Training, or customer relationship experiences will be an advantage.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
