Job Description
MANAGER, E-COMMERCE
The role will be responsible to manage the sales performance of e-business sector and formulate meaningful strategy to maximize the business turnover and market positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an e-commerce strategy and tactical plan towards the business objectives
- Conduct market research and perform SWOT analysis, hence to identify potential market and sales opportunities
- Keep abreast of market trend and expand e-sales channels for target markets to enhance the coverage of reachable customers
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of the company's e-commerce website as well as analyse and manage the digital customer experience and behaviour, hence to develop and make necessary improvements and plans to ultimate the sales goals
- Develop strategies to increase online sales and improve conversion rates and implement strategies such as pricing optimization, promotional campaigns, and personalized recommendations to drive sales growth
- Collaborate with the finance and IT departments to ensure secure payment processing and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., PCI-DSS). Evaluate and implement secure payment gateways and fraud prevention measures to protect customer data and minimize risks
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and increase brand visibility. Utilize various online marketing channels, such as search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, email marketing, and affiliate programs, to attract and engage customers
- Generate regular reports and provide insights to management regarding the effectiveness of e-commerce strategies and initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree holder or above
- 10+ years or above experience in Retail Management / Ecommerce Operation, background experience from airlines / travelling industry is an advantage
- Good knowledge on e-Commerce development and operations with strong marketing exposure
- Strong market sense, good communication, presentable, able to work under pressure
- Good MS Office software, including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint
- Good command in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
