SENIOR ACCOUNTANT / ASSISTANT FINANCE MANAGER

 Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accountancy or related disciplines
• Qualified Accountant 
• Expertise in company reporting and building accounts
• To prepare month-end closing, profits & cash flow statements, quarterly accounts, profits tax computation, budget and forecast for company accounts
• At least 10 years relevant experience with 3 years at supervisory level
• Supervise and review the work of subordinates
• Experience in property management industry an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office and computerized systems a must
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Be mature, independent, responsible, well-organized and a team player
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Immediate available is preferred
