Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for customer orders processing & enter order data into system
- Provide quality customer service; handle and follow up with general enquiries from customers by phone calls/emails
- Provide clerical & administrative support to the sales team
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- F. 7 or above with at 1 year working experience on related field
- Experience in food & beverage industry/retail industry will be advantage
- Customer-oriented, good organizational and inter-personal skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Familiar with the application of MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Immediate available is an advantage
