Roles & Responsibilities

•  Responsible for customer orders processing & enter order data into system
•  Provide quality customer service; handle and follow up with general enquiries from customers by phone calls/emails
•  Provide clerical & administrative support to the sales team
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• F. 7 or above with at 1 year working experience on related field
• Experience in food & beverage industry/retail industry will be advantage
• Customer-oriented, good organizational and inter-personal skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Familiar with the application of MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Immediate available is an advantage
