Responsibilities:

• Exploring and developing customer's need
• Retaining and developing long-term relationship with existing valued customers
• Coordinating with internal and liaising with clients for project follow up
• Responsible for product presentation and training 
• Assisting in the project management process and governance
• Handling ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above 
• With experience in IT project management
• Experience in client training is an advantage 
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to learn quickly.
