Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to oversee full spectrum of HR services including manpower planning & deployment, staff movement, performance management, compensation & benefits, payroll;
- Review and implement HR policies and practices, ensure all policies are compliance to HK labour ordinance and other local regulations;
- Provide continuous communication, coaching and counseling to front line staffs on conflict and performance related issues;
- Prepare and review HR reports, analysis and budget
- HR System development and enhancement
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or other related discipline;
- Minimum 8 years of all-round HR experience with at least 5 years in managerial level, preferable from Retail Industry;
- Mature, organized, strong numeric sense and good problem-solving ability;
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills;
- Well-versed in HK Labour Ordinances, MPF and relevant legislation;
- Proficient in computer software, such as MS Office applications;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
