We are currently helping several MNC/ Listed Companies looking for a few positions - accounting officer / assistant accountant/ accountant (AR/ AP/ Full set/ Financial Reporting).

• Fresh grad or experience hired all welcome
• Office location: Kowloon/ HK Island
• Some provides 13 months guarantee + Performance bonus package
• Work from home arrangements (WFH)/ 14 to 22 days AL

• Daily accounting operations and month-end account closing
• To liaise with various department and overseas offices on accounting matters
• Perform ad hocs assignments as required.

• Responsible for preparation of tax computation and tax returns

• Perform accounts payable duties including invoice verification, supplier statement reconciliation, voucher inputs, journal posting, arranging payment by cheques or T/T, and filing
• Responsible for petty cash & expenses claims and payment transaction
• Provide assistance with ad-hoc tasks as needed

• Assist in the daily operation of Accounting department
• Maintain Accounts Receivable function to take care of the production of accurate and timely invoices, the recording and reconciling of receipts

• Degree/ Diploma in Accounting or related disciplines
• Proficient in Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English including Mandarin
• Fresh graduates with general accounting knowledge will be also considered
