Job Description
About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for the management and coordination of travel management processes, supporting IT-related projects, and providing support to our Graduate and Internship programs.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the key contact point and coordinator for travel management processes including but not limited to employee travel requests, covering application, review, approval, and visa arrangement, ensuring the travel requests comply with company policies and procedures.
- Liaise and follow up with stakeholders from Group, headquarter and business units, and answer enquiries from staff regarding travel management application.
- Assisting employees in obtaining necessary visas for travel, tracking and managing the validity of employee visas.
- Represent HR and provide support for IT-related projects based on the Company's requirements.
- Manage the Graduate and Internship programs and provide other recruitment support when necessary.
- Support any ad-hoc HR related assignments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR or administration, experience in visa and business travel arrangement would be an advantage.
- Excellent project management , organizational and communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
