We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud API Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable, secure, and reliable APIs on cloud platforms. Kubernetes (K8S) and OpenShift. The ideal candidate should have experience with Kafka, Java, and ACE or equivalent technologies, and should be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of cloud computing and API development.

Responsibilities 
• Design, develop, and deploy RESTful APIs and microservices on cloud platforms such as Kubernetes (K8S) and OpenShift
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to industry standards and best practices.
• Utilize Kafka for data streaming and event-driven architecture.
• Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with DevOps team to ensure seamless deployment and monitoring of APIs.
• Design and implement APIs that are scalable, secure, and easy to use.
• Write unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests to ensure high quality of the API code.
• Work with the DevOps team to ensure proper deployment, monitoring, and logging of APIs.

Requirements 
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• At least 2+ years of experience in API development using Java and Kafka.
• Strong experience with Kubernetes (K8S) and OpenShift.
• Familiarity with ACE or equivalent technologies.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design principles and microservices architecture.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with Kubernetes deployments, services, and pods.
• Strong understanding of containerization technologies such as Docker.
• Familiarity with OpenShift's built-in features such as build configurations, deployment configurations, and routes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with other cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
