Job Description:

• Manage and maintain the IT equipment such as Windows/servers, network switches, firewall, Wi-Fi router…etc..
• Provides technology support to the local office, including software, hardware, infrastructure, network, AV, telephony, and security systems
• Trouble shooting and problem analysis
• Experience in Microsoft AD environment and settings
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update IT documentation
• Other duties as may be required

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in IT or related discipline
• Minimum 2-year experience in technical support for IT
• Good knowledge of CRM system is preferred
• Good knowledge of laptop, application, server, hardware, and network
• A proactive team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Immediate available preferred
