Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Trainee to join our team. The HR Trainee will play a vital role in assisting with various HR functions, including payroll management, candidates' contract signing, interview arrangements, and contractors' renewal. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in the HR industry, possess good knowledge of the Hong Kong labour ordinance, and have excellent communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin. Previous working experience in accounting, HR, or administration will be considered a plus.

Responsibilities:
1. Payroll Management:
  - Assist in processing and managing payroll activities accurately and timely.
  - Maintain payroll records, including attendance, leaves, and overtime.
  - Handle payroll-related queries and provide support to employees.

2. Candidates' Contract Signing:
  - Coordinate and facilitate the contract signing process for new hires.
  - Ensure all necessary documentation is accurately completed and filed.
  - Assist in preparing employment agreements, offer letters, and other related documents.

3. Interview Arrangements:
  - Schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and communicate interview details to candidates.
  - Arrange interview rooms, equipment, and other logistics as required.
  - Maintain an organized system for interview records and feedback.

4. Contractors' Renewal:
  - Assist in managing the renewal process for contractors.
  - Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely contract extensions.
  - Maintain accurate records of contractor agreements and related documents.

5. Hong Kong Labour Ordinance:
  - Stay updated with the latest regulations and amendments to the Hong Kong labour ordinance.
  - Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  - Provide guidance and support to employees regarding labor-related matters.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of working experience in HR or related fields (experience in accounting, HR, or administration is a plus).
- Strong interest in the HR industry and a desire to develop a career in this field.
- Familiarity with the Hong Kong labour ordinance and other relevant employment laws.
- Excellent command of Cantonese, English, and Mandarin (both written and verbal).
- Proficient in using HR software, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.
