職責 :

• 處理客戶電話及術後查詢；
• 與護士及醫生溝通及跟進服務；
• 致電客戶進行檢查前注意事項講解，核實預約流程；
• 支援部門行政，包括資料輸入及履行文書職責等

要求 ：

• 中五/DSE畢業或以上程度
• 具顧客服務/服務熱線中心或診所工作相關經驗者優先
• 熟識Excel，Word等電腦操作及中英文輸入法
• 操流利廣東話，略懂英語及普通話者優先
• 富責任心、誠實有禮、積極主動
• 具有良好的表達能力和人際交往能力
• 有任何客戶服務經驗的應屆畢業生亦可申請

**5天半工作 ( 9am - 6pm / 10am - 7pm) 公眾假期休息
