Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Develop and Execute Marketing Campaigns:
- Create and implement comprehensive online and offline marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
- Utilize various marketing channels, both digital and traditional, to effectively promote the brand and its offerings.
Advertising Management on Digital Platforms:
- Strategize, plan, and manage advertising campaigns on digital platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and optimize campaigns to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions.
Drive E-store Activities:
- Devise strategies and implement activities to drive new member acquisition and increase sales through the e-commerce platform.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce team to optimize the user experience, improve conversion rates, and enhance customer retention.
Support Integrated Marketing Planning:
- Contribute to the development and execution of integrated marketing plans that align with overall business objectives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and consistent messaging across various marketing channels.
Collaboration with Internal and External Stakeholders:
- Work closely with internal teams such as product development, sales, and creative to support and align marketing efforts.
- Manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to coordinate and implement marketing projects effectively.
Monitor Market Trends and Competitor Activities:
- Stay updated on market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
- Conduct research and analysis to gather insights and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 3 - 5 years of brand and product marketing experience
- Prior experience in retail, CRM, and e-commerce is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
