Responsibilities:

• Work on strategic planning of marketplace overall performance program, drive promising sales contributions within budget
• Fulfill existing channels’ KPI requirements, and develop other potential channels for increment in whole team’s GMV
• Ensure timely and accurate deployment of campaigns, and coordinate with various departments and work closely with TP
• Monitor promotion performance and prepare regular reports, develop insights and recommendations by analyzing promotion data
• Maintain close relationship with existing key accounts to boost sales growth
• Keep the self-motivation to research on extensive knowledge of up-to-date market trends
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• University graduates with preferably at least 2 years of relevant experience in China digital market (especially in Tmall, JD or PDD) as well as comprehensive insights into cross-border business
• Candidates with sense of commitment and keen interest in e-commerce and cosmetics will be more preferred
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Independent, aggressive, presentable with good problem-solving skills
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin
• Visa holders are welcomed
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as E-commerce Executive
