Commercial Radio Interactive, a division of Commercial Radio Productions Limited and the digital arm of Commercial Radio, is looking for a passionate and energetic Digital Project Executive to join our dynamic and innovative team.

Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively and coordinate with internal parties such as Business Development, Creative & Design, Content, Marketing and IT team on digital projects
• Support digital project execution including social media management and writing, video production, social media / online advertising operation, live streaming, App / Web development, etc.
• Prepare project documentations such as working schedules, checklists, etc.
• Plan and execute online content promotions for client projects and internal events, and provide reviews with insights after execution
• Report to the digital project team head regularly on project progress, milestones, etc.
• May have to work non-office hours and/or on non-business days depending on events/projects 

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Project Management, Digital Marketing or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years solid experience preferably in project management, online advertising, social media or digital production;
• Knowledge in Project Management,  Social Media Trends, Campaign Planning and Video Production. 
• Experience in tools like Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4, DoubleClick for Publishers, AdWords, eDM system, etc.
• Creative mind, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making 
• Strong written communication skills in both Chinese and English
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
• Vibrant, warm, presentable, detail-minded, approachable and professional
• Ability to multitask, able to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Candidates with more experience may be considered for the position of Senior Digital Project Executive
• Immediate availability is an advantage
