Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling full spectrum of HR duties and mainly focus on end to end recruitment functions for frontline staff and manpower deployment to fulfill the operation needs;
- Explore new recruitment channels to attract more talents;
- Manage employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding;
- Participate in manpower planning;
- Prepare regular HR reports for management review;
- Assist the manager to formulate, implement and review HR strategies and policies in align with company’s business direction and related regulations;
- Support in ad-hoc projects and assignments.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or other related discipline;
- Min. 4 years relevant experience, retail experience is highly preferred;
- Familiar with HK Employment Ordinances and related legislation;
- Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese;
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel;
- Well-organized, independent and detail-minded;
- Able to work under pressure and handle multi-tasks effectively.
