Our client is an established sports school located in Science Park. They are looking for a high-caliber candidate to join their expanding team.

Responsibilities:

• Developing, planning and organizing the Sports related program/activities
• Ensure all the sports facilities are well maintained and set up properly
• Handle and follow up all the enquiries and related issues to maintain the smooth operation
• Greet customers and create a positive first impression, ensuring a warm, happy and inviting atmosphere in the centre
• Engage with customers to understand their needs, answer inquiries, and provide course consultation based on their needs and preferences
• Maintain a clean and organised centre
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of centre
• Assist in events, curriculum coordination, liaison, clerical work and related administrative work
• Issue invoices and maintain cash register

Requirements:

• Diploma or above, graduated in Sports and Leisure Management will be an advantage
• 2 years relevant work experience, preferably with club or hospitality experience
• Strong communication skills
• Outgoing, proactive and willing to take up challenges
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good PC skills (Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Chines Word Processing)
• Passionate in sports field, LOVE children
• Willing to work flexible hours or in shift
