Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of technical staff to discharge repair and maintenance duties for managed properties;
• Handle ad-hoc projects and other duties as required.

Requirements:

• Degree in Building Services with at least 6 years of relevant experience or Higher Diploma with 8 years of experience;
• Minimum 7 years relevant experience in maintenance works with 2 years in property management building services and operations
• Holder of Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker Grade B0 or C0;
• A member of HKIE, RICS, HKIS is required;
• Able to lead a team of technical staff with minimum supervision;
• Self-motivated, service-oriented, good interpersonal skills and able to work independently;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Knowledge in using MS word and Excel is desirable.
