Financial Analyst Wanted

Are you a talented financial analyst who thrives on digging into the numbers and identifying opportunities for improvement? We are seeking an experienced professional to join our client's team and play a strategic role in driving the financial performance of their business.

In this role, you will:

• Prepare comprehensive monthly analyses of sales, profitability, and expenses, comparing actual results against budget and previous year performance. Provide insightful commentary to highlight key trends, risks, and areas for improvement.
• Monitor the organization's financial health, with a focus on P&L performance. 
• Business partnering and identify opportunities to enhance margins across all product divisions by collaborating closely with department leaders.
• Assist in cash flow forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-term financial planning to ensure alignment between financial goals and business objectives.
• Develop dynamic dashboards featuring relevant KPIs to track business and operational performance, supporting variance analysis.
• Play a hands-on role in the implementation of strategic business initiatives, providing financial modeling, cash flow analysis, risk assessment, and performance tracking.
• Prepare presentations and materials, such as performance reviews, for the leadership team.
• Support ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
   

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related discipline.
• 4 years + experiences in FP&A gained from MNC or sizable company
• Audit experience gained from Big 4 or renowned CPA firm
• Strong in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot table), VBA, SQL and Power BI
• Excellent communication skills and analytical skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
