Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer acquisition strategy, member engagement & communication strategy via online & offline channels to optimize brand awareness and drive conversions
- Allocate & coordinate gifting initiatives for seasonal rewards to drive brand recognition and customer retention
- Monitor loyalty program on gift sourcing, redemption, monitor inventory level, restock etc
- To provide training & review to ensure the frontline staff are well-aware of the CRM policies, operational workflow and bonus points and gift redemption procedures
- Project timeline management to coordinate & align with agencies, operation, logistic arrangement etc
- Deliver promotional materials, like poster, leaflet and in store displays
- Liaise and co-ordinate with other parties including internal stakeholders, vendors and business partners so as to achieve the campaign KPIs and ensure the success of the program
- Review and analyze performance of campaigns and provide insights to gain understanding on customer behavior
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing or business-related disciplines
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience preferably gained in Retail, FMCG or F&B industry
- Proficient computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
- Creative, work independently, responsible, organized and good team player
- Collaborate with cross-team and multi-level tenants independently
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of written English and Chinese
- Immediately available is an advantage
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Marketing Officer
