Responsibilities:
 

• Support OTB & buying plans to achieve the Company's KPI
• Support seasonal merchandise plans in alignment with the brand principal (seasonal stories, features, launches, etc.)
• Analysis of sales data, category assortment, productivity, and market trends to generate the buying strategy and plan on a timely basis
• Ensure buying sufficiency to deliver business targets with demand forecasting capabilities and monitor inventory level
• Work closely with the team to support marketing events
• Work closely with the VM team to support shop display to optimize presentations
• Conduct sales & merchandise related reports and presentations on a timely basis

Requirements:
 

• 3 years of experience in the buying/merchandising field, experience in Home and Lifestyle products will be a plus
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Strong analytical ability with excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Good leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with a creative mindset
